Before you make an account, one safety note

Registering creates a record — a confirmation email, and a login page in your browser history. Please use an email address you are certain is private to you. If your devices or email may be monitored, read the Safety Center first. Everything there stays free and needs no account, always.

Emails from us arrive from a neutral sender name and never mention abuse or this site's purpose in the subject line.

Demo mode. This is a working preview of the members experience. There is no real authentication here — see MEMBERS-AREA-ARCHITECTURE.md. In production, GoHighLevel Memberships handles registration, login, and payment.

Milestones

These aren't a scoreboard. They're proof you did something, for the days when it won't feel like you did.

Always free, always available, no account needed: the Safety Center, every crisis number, and the Quick Exit button. Being a member never stands between you and safety. If you're in immediate danger call 911, or reach an advocate any hour on 1-800-799-7233.

My Workbook

The full nine-module workbook — and unlike the public version, everything you write here is saved to your account and follows you between your phone and your computer.

My Action Plan

Three paths. Choosing one today doesn't lock you into it — many people work the "staying" plan and the "preparing" plan at the same time, and that's wisdom rather than disloyalty.

Untangled: The Course

Eighteen lessons following the three threads, in order. Go at your own pace — nothing unlocks on a timer, and nothing expires.

Resource Library

Printable worksheets, templates, and scripts. Everything here is yours to download and keep.

Before you print anything: paper can be found. Think about where it will live before you fill it in — a trusted friend's house, a locked drawer at work, or your car are all safer than home. Every download opens with a page on this.

Community & Calls

There is a particular relief in not having to explain.

Monthly group call

Sixty minutes with Yvette and other members. Come with a question or come and say nothing at all — plenty of people listen for months before they speak, and that's completely fine.

Next: first Tuesday, 7pm PT. Recorded and posted here afterward, so missing it costs you nothing.

The member circle

A private space to talk with people who already understand. Moderated, and there are real rules — no advice-giving unless asked, no naming individuals, no minimizing anyone's experience.

Please read before posting

This is a supportive space, not a confidential or secure one. Assume anything you write could be seen more widely than you intend. Do not post identifying details — full names, employers, your town, your schedule, or anything about a court case.

Members are here because they're going through it too. That means nobody here is in a position to give legal, medical, or safety advice, however kindly meant. For those, please use an advocate on 1-800-799-7233.

Work with Yvette

Some things are hard to do alone — mostly because the fog makes it difficult to see your own situation clearly, which is the exact thing you're trying to fix.

One-to-one coaching

We work the three threads in order, at your pace. I ask questions, reflect back what I'm hearing, and help you organize what you already know but can't hold all at once.

Group cohort

Eight to twelve weeks, live, capped at twelve people. The peer element isn't just economics — survivors consistently report that other survivors helped most.

What this is and isn't. Yvette holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and is a certified coach. She is not a licensed therapist, and coaching is not therapy. If what you need is clinical care she'll say so plainly and help you find someone good — many members work with her and a therapist at the same time, and that combination often works well.

If money is a barrier, say so. In many of these relationships money is one of the ways control gets exercised. If that's true for you, you're exactly who this was built for. There are payment plans on everything, and nobody will ask you to prove anything.

Account & Privacy

Your safety settings matter more here than your preferences do. Please read this page once properly.

How we handle your email

  • Emails arrive from a neutral sender name — no reference to abuse, narcissism, or recovery.
  • Subject lines are written so that nothing is revealed at a glance in an inbox.
  • Password reset emails land in whatever inbox you gave us. If that inbox may be monitored, change your address now.
  • We never sell, share, or rent your information. Ever.

Your data

You can take everything with you or delete all of it, at any time, without asking anyone.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery and no backup — which is deliberate.
